Danielle is magic and her teaching and instruction has helped me leaps and bounds in my health journey. I am healthier mentally and physically. I am so much stronger and being able to do more and try new things again has been a true blessing. I have always been an in person work out person and working out at home online just seemed daunting to me. It took me a hot minute to find my groove, however; once I did I have not looked back. I am loving and enjoying the variety Embody allows me. I can do ten minutes of arms, thirty-minutes of Barre Express, 60-to-90-minutes of Signature Barre or Pilates and add in the cardio and strengthening.

I am a retired registered nurse working the frontline for over forty years. Embody classes perfectly fit my needs. I take class almost every day.

The mix of barre, stretch, cardio, pilates make me feel great. I suffer from lower back pain, which is job related and the stretches and exercises have absolutely helped and I have never felt better. You can exercise for fifteen minutes or one hour . Take it from someone that used every excuse to NOT go to the gym. I feel energized and much healthier .This is the best gift you can give yourself.

I love, love, love this website, the classes and Danielle. This is by far and away the best selection of classes from beginner to advanced. After my knee surgery, I went from an advanced yoga practitioner to not moving at all. Embody saved my life. I lost 25 pounds and was able to move at my own pace.

I have really enjoyed taking classes with Danielle. She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics ensuring workouts are safe, effective, and accessible for all levels without sacrificing the challenge. My body and mind feel more free after class. Keep up the great work Danielle!

Embody has been a great way to find a workout that's intentional and safe but still gets your heart pumping. Danielle's specific cueing makes these workouts approachable even in an online platform so you are able to focus on form and engage correctly with the movements. My mobility and strength have both improved but most importantly the way I can focus on what my body needs each day has changed my mentality going into a workout.
